Cross-Train
Our Cross Train class is our signature 60-minute workout, built to deliver results through constantly varied, functional training. Each session includes a warm-up, a high-intensity workout (think AMRAPs, EMOMs, chippers, and more), and focused strength or skill work to build power, speed, and endurance.
We offer two options every day:
Performance: Designed for athletes who love intensity, barbell work, and more technical movements.
Fitness: A no-barbell, simplified version with the same grit—perfect for those who want a great workout without complex lifts.
Led by expert coaches, this class is for anyone looking to move better, feel stronger, and push their limits—whether you're just getting started or ready to take it to the next level.

Circuit
Our Circuit class is the gritty, full-body workout you didn’t know you were missing. Designed to break the routine and challenge your entire body, each 60-minute session rotates you through creative, high-intensity stations using non-traditional equipment like sleds, battle ropes, ski ergs, axle bars, Rogue feedbags, and more.
This class blends strength, cardio, and functional movement into a fast-paced, coach-led format that’s as fun as it is effective. No complex skills—just raw, scalable effort that meets you where you’re at.
Whether you’re looking to break through a plateau or just want to sweat in a fresh new way, Circuit delivers variety, intensity, and results—every single time.

Our Strength & Physique class follows proven functional bodybuilding principles designed to help you move better, look better, and feel stronger—without the intensity of cardio-heavy workouts. This is where endurance training meets functional fitness. WFCo Hyrox allows you to train like a competitor—even if you’re not one (yet). This 60-minute endurance-based workout designed for athletes of all levels who want to build stamina, strength, and speed. Whether you're training for an upcoming HYROX race or just want to push your limits with structured, functional fitness, this class delivers. Each session follows official HYROX programming and includes a mix of running and high-intensity functional movements like sled pushes, rowing, wall balls, and more.
Led by certified coaches and ideal for both beginners and seasoned racers, WFCo Hyrox is the perfect blend of cardio conditioning and strength work.
